    I personally believe in the fact that no matter the role (excluding such things as wetnurses) any job can be done by any sex.  There may be advantages based on sex when it comes to certain duties.  However I have the opinion that everyone is different and unique, this means that if a man wants to do a job done by a woman, or vice versa they should have the right to do so.  With these beliefs I have the opinion that no matter how difficult or how much change will be required, that equality between the sexes will happen.  Rules will be put in place to ensure this, as not all equality is equal, which brings us back to advantages.  This chang
